24 Hours Lead Time Policy
We are implementing speed productions in which the orders we accepted are able to be completed within 24 hours after payment is received and the confirmation of artwork.
Terms & Conditions:
1.0 - 24 Hours Lead Time of production payment received & confirmation upon confirmation of artwork before cut off time 13:00 (every working day)
1.1 - We will not start with the production unless the customer gives us confirmation. Hence, we will not take any responsibility and promise to produce within 24 hours if customers delay or in confirmation of artwork via email.
1.2 - Customers will receive email requests for artwork confirmation. For customers who are not able to respond on time or before the cut off time, we will not promise or guarantee the production to be done within 24 hours.
1.3 - 24 Hours Lead Time Policy only applies on printing orders comprising a mixture of only 4 colours(CMYK).
1.4 - For customers who need the orders urgently,kindly arrange self collection at office or arrange the collector to collect at our office:

1.6 - Production Cut Off Time is every working day at 13:00 (Except Saturday & Sunday).
1.7 - Collections are not available for Saturday after 1:30pm and Sunday.
1.8 - Delivery days are estimately 1-3 working days, depending on the courier company.
1.9 - Delivery date will not be included in our 24 Hours Lead Time Policy.
